PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM II: TRIPLE THREAT
PREREQUISITE: PTP I
Program II of The Verdon Fosse Legacy® Professional Training Program focuses on rounding out the advanced dancer (age 16+) to be competitive in today’s market: A Triple Threat.
In Program II your day begins grounding yourself in Ballet, Fosse® Jazz, or Jack Cole, “the father of American jazz dance”. Cole blended his ballet and modern dance background with a variety of global vernacular dance styles, profoundly influencing the professional and artistic development of Gwen Verdon. The rest of your days are spent continuing your development in the techniques of Flamenco, Afro-Carribean, and Rhythm, semi-private vocal sessions, acting exercises, scene work, singing, and multi-day rehearsal-like work sessions of Fosse® repertoire, cultivating increased confidence as a triple-threat performer.
Take part in this intensive, immersive, and inspiring training program for the next generation of Fosse® trained dancers.
